Thyme for Rosé

Thyme for Rosé
Rosé reimagined with fresh thyme, layered fruit, and a refined citrus finish.
Ingredients:
• 3 Full Thyme Leaves
• ½ oz Rich Demerara Syrup*
• ½ oz Cranberry Syrup**
• ¼ oz Orange Juice
• 2 oz. Missing Thorn Rosé
How to make it:
1. In a mixing tin, add Thyme leaves and Demerara. Muddle to release the oils of the leaves until fragrant.
2. Add Cranberry, Orange juice, Rosé and Ice.
3. Shake until tin is full chilled.
4. Double strain into a coupe glass
5. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice and a fresh Thyme Leaves.
*To make the Demerara Syrup, bring 1 cup of water and 1 and ½ cup of demerara sugar to a low boil until the sugar fully dissolves. Allow to cool before use. Product can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
** To make Cranberry Syrup, bring 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and ¾ cup of cranberries (fresh or frozen) to a medium boil. Add one stick of cinnamon and an orange peel to the mixture. Simmer until mixture coats the back of a spoon. Strain and allow to cool. (Optional- While cooling, add a thyme leaf to enhance the flavor.)
