Thornless Lychee Bloom
A floral, fruit-layered infusion that feels ceremonial yet effortless — bright lychee, crisp rosé, and a fleeting kiss of rose.
Ingredients:
• 5 oz Missing Thorn Still Rosé
• 1.5 oz lychee purée
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 mini carnation
How to make it:
1. In a shaker tin with ice, combine Still Rosé, lychee purée, and fresh lime juice. Shake gently to chill and integrate.
2. Prepare to order. Strain the shaken mixture over the arranged botanicals in the infusion vessel*, allowing a brief infusion (20–40 seconds) as the liquid cascades through the fruit and petals.
3. Decant the infused liquid into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a mini carnation and serve immediately.
* In a pour-over infusion vessel, arrange 2 dried rose petals, 2 sliced strawberries, 2 lemon wheels in that exact order. Add 4 fresh rose petals if desired for visual enhancement.
