Side-Step Spritz

Side-Step Spritz
A lively blend of pear and lime with fresh ginger, finished with Missing Thorn Sparkling White and a splash of soda.
Ingredients:
• One nob of Ginger, chopped
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• ½ oz Lime Juice
• ¾ oz Pear Nectar*
• Missing Thorn Sparkling White Wine
• Sparkling Water
How to make it:
1. In a shaker, add ginger and simple syrup.
2. Muddle until ginger is fully crushed and juices are released/fragrant.
3. Add Pear Nectar and Ice.
4. Shake until tin glass is cold.
5. In a Tom Collins glass, Double strain cocktail over fresh ice.
6. Top with Missing Thorn Sparkling White Wine
7. Fill to top with sparkling water.
8. Garnish with a Dehydrated Lime wheel and a piece of Candied Ginger.
*Goya Pear Nectar is suggested as its sugar content works best with the recipe.
