Rose Gold Bellini
Missing Thorn Sparkling Rosé layered with bright citrus and white peach, finished with a luminous gold touch for a celebratory, refined pour.
Ingredients:
• 4 oz Missing Thorn Sparkling Rosé
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 0.75 oz White Peach Syrup
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• Gold flakes rim
• Edible gold spray finish
• Fresh peach slice
How to make it:
1. Prepare a chilled flute with edible gold spray and a gold flakes rim.
2. Pour 4 oz Missing Thorn Sparkling Rosé into the prepared flute.
3. Add orange juice, white peach syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker tin with ice.
4. Shake well until chilled.
5. Strain gently into the flute.
6. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and serve immediately.
