Missing Thorn Red Wines
Red – Bordeaux Blend
Our Bordeaux blend is deep ruby fading to a garnet rim. The nose is a captivating blend of dark fruits and subtle spice. A complex bouquet of cranberry, and pomegranate are layered with notes of tobacco, cedar, and subtle vanilla. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and structured with ripe tannins. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and cassis are complemented by secondary notes of mocha.
Classic Red
A distinctive full-bodied Malbec with a deep purple hue and bright magenta rim. Spicy-sweet aromas of ripe cassis and plum layered with subtle notes of black tea and dried raisins entice. Rich black cherry and earthy black tea are balanced by the sweet tang of plum and dried fruits mingle on the palate. A complex and elegant wine that sets the stage for a memorable experience.

Missing Thorn is made from real wine, then gently de-alcoholized using a low-temperature vacuum distillation process designed to retain as much character from the base wine as possible. But removing alcohol changes a wine. It impacts texture, structure, and palate weight, which is why the work does not stop once the alcohol is gone. Our approach is to thoughtfully rebuild the wine using naturally derived ingredients that bring back dimension, body, and complexity. Rather than simply removing alcohol and calling it finished, we take the additional step of shaping the wine into something more complete, balanced, and compelling in the glass.
