A light, sparkling citrus base finished with a float of Missing Thorn Red for a vibrant, sunset-hued pour.
Ingredients:
• Fresh Lemon Juice: 1.5 oz
• Honey Syrup: 1.5 oz
• Club Soda: 1 oz
• Tonic: 1 oz
• Missing Thorn Red Blend: 1.5 oz
How to make it:
1. Add Lemon Juice and Honey Syrup to a rocks glass. Add ice.
2. Top with Club Soda and Tonic. Stir.
3. Add a "float" of Missing Thorn Red Blend.
4. Garnish with a Mint Sprig and some Edible Flowers.
5. Garnish and serve.
