Feet in the Sand
A breezy balance of citrus, tropical fruit and ginger beer, elevated by Missing Thorn White.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Missing Thorn White
• 1 oz lime juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 2 oz Ginger Beer
• 2 sprigs Mint
• Pineapple
How to make it:
1. Add 1 sprig of mint and lime juice to a shaker.
2. Muddle Mint.
3. Add Missing Thorn Alcohol-Removed White Wine, pineapple juice, and simple syrup to shaker.
4. Add ice and shake well.
5. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks (tumbler) glass
6. Top with ginger beer and stir.
7. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint.
